What we collect

When you create an account we store your name and email address. Before you can sign a waiver we also need your date of birth, phone number, mailing address, and an emergency contact. During the season we record which nights you played.

Why we collect it

The league is run by volunteers and rents a municipal gym. We need contact details to reach you about cancellations, a date of birth to confirm you are over 18, an emergency contact in case someone is hurt, and attendance to work out playoff eligibility.

Who can see it

Your name is visible to other players on your team, to referees, and to the league admin. Your phone number is visible to your captain, to referees, and to the league admin. Your address, date of birth, and emergency contact are visible only to the league admin. None of it is public: rosters and contact details are never shown to visitors who are not signed in.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except the municipal recreation department when they ask for the roster and signed waivers for the season, which is a condition of renting the gym. We do not sell anything to anyone and there is no advertising.

Keeping it

Waivers and rosters are kept for as long as the league runs, because they are the record that you were cleared to play. Ask the league admin to remove your account and we will, apart from anything we have to keep for a signed waiver.
